Pickler who was born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, had a difficult childhood. As a young girl her mother fled in order to escape an abusive relationship. Pickler found her mother within her family by the year 1995. They took care of Pickler. The situation did not go very well. Her grandparents took care of her from 12 to she reached adulthood. Pickler was unable to parent her children when they were absent. Pickler said she was not able to devote time to study, she decided learning how to cook and clean from a very early age.
